Turmeric(Curcuma longa) has been cultivated as a useful plant in India for thousands of years and is particularly popular in Ayurvedic nutrition because of its versatile and special properties.4

One of the most important components of curcuma (Curcuma longa) root are the curcuminoids, which give it its characteristic yellow-orange color. Of these, curcumin is the dominant bioactive component. It is known for its antioxidant properties.

However, a fundamental problem with the use of turmeric extracts is that curcumin does not dissolve very well in water or has a rather low bioavailability of its active components. This is why we use NovaSOL® CURCUMIN as the active ingredient in our natAmour® Micellar Curcumin product, as its patented micelle technology means that it is significantly more soluble in water and has improved bioavailability(185 times better than simple turmeric powder), as proven by a clinical study. Recommended dosage:
